Rev. Stephen Obeng Amoako is the Founder and Lead Pastor of The Outpouring Oasis (O²), a vibrant Spirit-led ministry based in Accra, Ghana. A passionate revivalist, preacher, and teacher of God's Word, he is committed to leading people into deeper encounters with God through prayer, worship, discipleship, and the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
